We had decided to downsize to a single storey home, so we did the display home route and also inspected homes that Refined Edge had built for clients who graciously opened their new homes to the public for a short time, we were very impressed with all aspects of these builds and decided to go with Refined Edge to build our forever home.
Refined Edge also invited us to inspect homes they had under construction. We found this very informative as we both came from an engineering background. We were able to identify that the build quality was reflected throughout all parts of the house that are not exposed when inspecting completed homes. The construction sites were always tidy and secure.
We had a defined budget and design ideas we wanted in our new home. Detailed discussions with the Refined Edge design team allowed us to have these ideas incorporated into our new home within our budget. At all times Mike Burke and Client Liaison Officer, Erin Cooper were also available to answer our questions during design meetings. We found this to be an enjoyable and seamless process.
The ability to have all issues of concern to us, addressed and resolutions formulated and specified in the Contract Document was easily undertaken and provided the security important to us during the build.
We are very pleased with our new home and we cannot thank to Refined Edge team enough. All Refined Staff were a pleasure to work with.
