After seeing a lot of houses for sale, we concluded that the best outcome for our family would be to build our own house. So, we began looking into builders and visiting display homes. We had never heard of Refined Edge but saw an article about one of their open homes in the weekend paper. We visited this home and found the design and finishes to be very impressive especially as this was a client home and not a display home.
Further meetings followed and we could see that everyone at Refined Edge took great pride in the houses they build. Mike invited us to tour their building sites to see houses in various stages of building. This was very reassuring as it helped us first time builders understand the process of building a house and showed the workmanship and quality that underpins every Refined Edge Home.
During the design process as well, our needs, perspectives and importantly budget was kept in mind. We could see that they really understood us when we saw the first draft of the house design by Daniel Cassettai. Erin was a patient and thoughtful guide through the selection process.
Throughout the build of the house, the same focus on quality and transparency continued. The trades used were high quality. Mike and Erin as well as the on-site team were always approachable. They were prompt and courteous in resolving all our queries and concerns.
The result is a home that not only met our expectations but truly exceeded them. Contrary to what we had heard about building a house, our process was hassle free and pleasant. The impressive service has continued since we moved in any minor issue has been promptly resolved.
