We were first attracted to Brian Burke Homes after noticing a building site in Karrinyup they were developing for a client; it was so neat! Not even a stray cement bag evident! After attending our first meeting at their office, it was also evident that this is a family operation, as opposed to larger building companies in Perth. We are not young and built our last home thirty five years ago.
Consequently, there were many questions throughout the build, which Mike and Erin (Client Manager) patiently answered, meeting our needs exactly. They encouraged us to follow the construction closely and raise any queries we might have on site. Such is Mike Burke’s desire to achieve excellence in even the smallest detail of the home construction.
The result is our new home which everyone acknowledges has been built to an excellent standard. It contains many liveable innovations (suggested by Erin) and is the envy of our friends and family members alike. Any minor maintenance items have been attended to promptly and Mike prides himself with the statement that he can always visit any of his clients homes and receive a warm reception!
