Over a period of 45 years we have built one home and renovated two homes. After 25 years of living in our very comfortable previous home, we decided to sell and downsize to a generously sized retirement home. We were recommended to Mike through a mutual friend. We set up a meeting with Mike and his team to discuss the pros and cons of the building process. Our brief was that we required a single storey home with no steps, no swimming pool, no water features, plenty of natural light, a large open plan kitchen, living and entertaining area for family and friends and a large study. All areas needed to look onto lush gardens.
