Having recently retired, our downsizer clients sought a practical single level floorplan that would anticipate their future needs with the ability to cater to wheelchair access if so required.

From the outset, a coastal style façade created from quality materials makes an immaculate first impression.

Oriented to maximise the city vistas, our design team created a home with an open living zone replete with a spacious kitchen and adjoining scullery.

Five generous bedrooms and three bathrooms are joined by a study and plenty of functional storage for a streamlined interior.
