We created a trio of green title townhouses of varying styles on a block just over 1200m2, with spectacular results.

Each luxuriously appointed townhouse had it’s unique set of specifications, seeing the team instilling an Eagle Bay, a Hamptons, and an Urban style that all sit harmoniously within the street scape.

Our client wished to dabble in development, building three high-end homes on one block with a view to sell them all.

The high spec homes were in a 3×2 configuration featuring an “upside down” layout and a lift in each.
