Our clients lived on the existing block before deciding to demolish and rebuild. With two sons aged 2 and 7, they sought a home that would provide zones and space for their family to evolve within, with lots of natural light and a focus on the outdoors. Low maintenance, easy care and lots of storage were keys factors in the design process and when selecting finishes.

The large open plan kitchen, family and dining flows out to the alfresco creating a large entertaining space, whilst the kids have their own games room perfect for hiding the toys or gaming with friends as they are older. There are plenty of storage options with fully fitted robes and linens a large walk in pantry, wine room and a separate mud room/drop zone off the laundry.

The master suite features a luxury dressing room and ensuite, complete with acoustic insulation and acoustic gyprock for the light sleepers (and enable a well-deserved sleep in when necessary!). The separate guest suite with its own ensuite will make any visitor feel at ease.

To ensure comfort all year round, electric underfloor heating has been installed in the living areas.
