Having subdivided their block, our empty-nester clients came to Refined Edge wishing to discuss the Pros and Cons of their plans moving forward. On the upside, they were thrilled about the prospect of building their new home with Refined Edge.

However, they were concerned about the awkward shaped block the subdivision left them with and whether a home could be designed to fit the site aesthetically while still meeting their needs.

Luckily, the Refined Edge team is quick to rise to a challenge and promptly went about eliminating our client’s problem all together with a clever design solution. The team managed to meet the client’s entire list of requirements – including a brief for four bedrooms and two bathrooms – without sacrificing spaciousness and functionality.

We even left room for some luxurious little extras, including a wine cellar and an executive-class kitchen with an adjoining scullery.

Refined Edge combined its prowess for design with flair and creativity, proving that no block is too difficult for our designers and builders.
