“We chose to build with Refined Edge based on the reputation for quality of Brian Burke Homes. We had heard a number of negative home building experiences from others prior to starting our build process and it was certainly something that we wanted to avoid as we began ours. Our experience with Refined Edge could not have been more different to these.
We began the design process with Mike, the Managing Director and Erin, our Client Liaison, taking us through the various meetings to establish the design of our house and pre-selections. Each meeting was suitably staggered to allow us time to think over our decisions. With so many decisions to be made, the experience could have been a daunting one however with the support given to us by the Refined Edge team we have never felt overwhelmed or rushed. Erin accompanied us to visit suppliers to make all our selections. Her support and industry experience throughout the design and selection process has been invaluable.
When it came time to begin construction, we met with Ryan, the Construction Manager. Ryan gave us his direct contact details and responds to any questions we have within hours. We often meet Ryan on site as he oversees the work of every trade. Ryan’s dedication and attention to detail is clearly evident in the quality of the build so far.
